At Parkhill Infants’ School we are committed to ensuring that equality of opportunity is available to all members of the school community. We aim to celebrate and value the strengths, achievements and aspirations of pupils, staff, parents/carers, the governing body and visitors.

We recognise that equality does not simply mean treating everyone in the same way but overcoming the different barriers which could lead to unequal outcomes for different groups of pupils in school.
